Using ocx library without registration

Hi, I want to ask

I have 2 computers. One computer has installed all possible OCX and DLL files. (Use regsvr32 / s, etc.)
The second computer Sun There's a clean install of Windows XP.

I have a program that requires as (msinet.ocx, msdatgrd.ocx, richtx32.ocx ...)
Is there any way to compile these files into exe project?
Or somehow connect to the project, but I do not use regsvr32.
Is there a way to dynamically call is necessary from any folder from my program?
