Need VB excel help

Hi guys im new here, sorry If i posted in the wrong section..

I'm a noob at VB, could any of you be so kind and help me do this?




Microsoft Excel 2010 is needed not 2007 or 2003, as my system is to be created for Microsoft Excel 2010.

I tried to lock the dropdown box but I cannot scroll at all then,etc.
