Help for creating a VB GUI for modifiyng a VBScript file

Hello everybody,

My name is Cristi, i am an engineer, i have a task to do and i am a bit confused how i could do it in the easiest and best way. So here i am asking for a little help from you people.

I have a program who simulate some electric equipments. The program knows vbscript so i have done a script to do simulation with parameters so i could easily modify the simulation parameters. I would like to create an interface from which i could modify my vbscript file without opening it and modify the parameters manually. So my interface would open the simulation program, will modify the parameters which i want in vbscript file and run the vbscript file. Can i do this interface in VB and if i can what would be the steps i have to do for making it ?
